How does the tent rental party  work?

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Venmo, Apple pay, Credit card, Cashapp or Cash.  $100 deposit due upon booking and will be credited toward payment.  Credit card will be held on file for damages.  Payment in full will be due at time of pickup or delivery.

Are items cleaned between guests?

Upon booking, you will be contacted to reserve date, theme and party number of guests.  The week of the party you will be contacted to arrange for pickup (free) or delivery ($40), or delivery/setup ($99) (*HOT DEAL  for $69 setup  now) for parties of 1-5 locally. Additional fee for additional guest  or longer distance ($100 for up to 10 guests or $10/guest for 10+) (Travel cost VARIES).  Party will be setup and items rented and will be due back by 2 pm the following day of reserved party so they may be cleaned, inspected and sanitized.

Parties may be cancelled up to 14 days ahead of time for a full refund.   If party needs to be rescheduled, it can be rescheduled up to 7 days ahead of time for a credit towards future booking.  Parties that are cancelled within 7 days of party date will forfeit deposit.  Final headcount due within 5 days of the  party pickup to allow for packing, inspection and availability  confirmation. 

A rush order is subject to an additional $30 for bookings less than 3 days in advance.  An additional $15 charge will be added for guest added within 2 days of party. 
If any items are not in working condition upon setup, please contact as soon as issue noted so a replacement can be provided.  All items will be inspected prior to rental.  

For infection control, items are sanitized as best a possible.  Sheets are laundered with a laundry sanitizer and organic laundry detergent.  Items that come in contact with little hands will be wiped down with an antibacterial agent.  Decorative pillows will be sanitized with disinfectant.

Do you offer setup and delivery?

A Dreams with Themes staff member can deliver and setup your items (excluding moving furniture) to local areas for $99 for 1-5 tents. $10 extra per guest. Areas outside local +8 miles from Canton, Ohio will have an additional surcharge depending on location.   Setup not always available for all dates and based on availability.  Items must be returned to DWT location the following day.  Teardown $75 for local areas.

How long does it take to setup?

Party setup will depend on how many guests as well as how well you have arranged for furniture prior to setup.   Tents will come assembled but in order to take t hem home assembled, you will need a large vehicle.  Each tent takes 5-10 min to setup . Air mattresses are quickly inflated with an included air pump.  Setup will take between 1-2 hours depending on how detailed you would like it to be.

What about the pillows and blankets?

The pillows included are for decoration and are not intended to be slept with for hygienic reasons. The only bedding included is a fitted sheet and a throw blanket that matches the theme.  Encourage your guests to bring a sleeping bad for extra warmth with a personal sleeping pillow.

How big are the tents?

The tents are quite large and fit nicely over the small twin size mattress provided with at rental.  Tents remain assembled so you can just open and go!  You will need room on the floor for a twin size mattress for each guest. Transporting the tents will be easier if a large vehicle with seats are down.

Terms and Conditions

1.    Dreams with Themes requires an upfront, non-refundable $100 deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance for the party is due at time of pickup for the party. A credit card is required at the time of booking that will be used to cover cost of damage to items or items not returned at the cost noted on the page 2 of this waiver.
2.    Cancellations must be made 14 days before the scheduled party. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the total party. Exceptions may only be made if cancellation occurs 24 hours prior to event date due to extreme circumstances. Dreams with themes will not refund any cancellations; events must be rescheduled, except in the event of extreme weather. Rescheduling less than 14 days before your event will result in a $100 charge.
3.   All deposits must be made via credit card, cash, Venmo, via PayPal or website. We accept cash for the party price or electronic payments (with 3.5% transaction fee added to the cost of the party).  
4.    If Customer needs to change the date of their reservation, a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice must be given. Customer requests will be granted provided that the preferred date is available.
5.    Tent rentals are for no more than 24 hours (unless an alternative rental period is negotiated at time of booking)
6.    Dreams with Themes and Customer will agree on a time for both pick up and drop off (although drop off can be done in covered porch at business). If the Customer fails to be present at the stipulated times, a late fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

7.    All prices are subject to change; however, prices quoted at time of booking will always be honored.
8. Strictly NO PETS are permitted on Dreams with Themes property. If animals are sighted on our equipment or pet hair is found on bedding, a $50 cleaning fee will be applied.
9. It is the responsibility of the Customer to take care of DWT property and to supervise children around the rental materials. DWT will not be responsible for any injuries or physical damages due to equipment rentals or party event injuries.
DWT will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:
  i) The fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of his/her party or;
  ii) The fault of a third party not connected with the provision of your placement which we could not have predicted or avoided, or;
  iii) An event or circumstance which Dreams with Themes or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not have predicted or      avoided, even after taking all reasonable care.
10. Dreams with Themes asks that no craft supplies, makeup, nail polish, food or drinks be inside or around the tents or items at any time. If there are stains found on the tents, a $50 cleaning fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. If the stains cannot be removed, you will be charged $100 for each tent and/or $30/ sheet set that must be replaced. Replacement charges for other damaged items may also apply as noted on page 2. Customers will be emailed and/or called regarding any damages, and the card on file will be charged.
11.  All parties must be held in smoke-free environments. DWT reserves the right to charge an additional $200 cleaning fee if items are returned with smoke smell due to additional cleaning and sanitation steps required.

12. Dreams with Themes reserves the right to forfeit your booking if we feel our equipment could be compromised or damaged due to unhygienic conditions or smoke. No refund will be given.
13. DWT requires that the designated tent areas be cleared of furniture if delivery and setup desired. DWT representatives are prohibited from moving furniture. DWT requires that floors be clean before our arrival.
14. Dreams with Themes reserves the right to decline our service to locations that may compromise our staff’s safety if noted to be an unsafe environment upon arrival to the home/premises.
15. Where applicable, Dreams with Themes staff members will park as close to your setup area as possible, this often being in your driveway. Team members will always take due care when operating a vehicle on your property, however, the Customer must also ensure pets and children are always accounted for during the arrival time of our staff.
16.  DWT will not be liable for any claim of personal injury, death, loss or damage to the property. DWT decision is final in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions.

17. Driver’s license or government issued ID is required for identification purposes at pickup.  DWT reserves the right to forfeit rental without Identification.

18. If customer fails to communicate or respond to attempts to contact if items are missing or damaged within 24 hours, customer understands that the credit card on file will be filed via square payment method.

19. Prepaid cash cards are not valid cards to be held on file.
